The guarentee period for the battery, motor and charger is 12 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not include the misuse of our products such as that which deviates from the instruction given in our operation manual in cluding but not exclusively, dropping the scooter on to the handlebars, resulting in broken brakes or throttles, broken lights, worn brakes, punctured tryres etc.

This guarantee does not include misuse of the battery such as not following the manufacturer's guidelines for charging, discharging and

storing the battery.

Complimentary Roadside Assistance:

As part of our on going commitment to providing you with an efficient service and a high quality product, econogo provides every customer a free complimentary road side assistance service.

This service extends to one call out over the 12 month warranty period and is invalidated exactly one year after purchase of the bike.

Cover is extended during working hours Monday to Friday, where a scooter specialist will endeavour to assist you.

Most call outs can be rectified at the roadside, allowing you to continue your journey with minimum delay.

If your scooter cannot be repaired at the roadside, your bike will be recovered, repaired and returned at a suitable date.

Cover does not extend to anyone without permission, the necessary documents, insurance or licenses to drive the vehicle

If a problem has arisen through a proven manufacturers defect, the complimentary call out will be reviewed and rescinded to the buyer at the seller’s discretion.

If the bike has been in anyway tampered with or modified then this will invalidate the warranty. We may also ask the cost of repair, labour and parts to be borne by the buyer should the fault be attributable to misuse as set above.

The warranty does not cover re-assembled batteries, chargers or bikes, sub-standard repairs (we recommend you consult only our qualified affiliates) or poorly looked after (neglected) items.
